Introduction
These terms of business govern the relationship between Agilitas Finance Ltd trading as RJStamford ("the Broker") and the customer ("the Client") regarding the services provided by the Broker in arranging luxury car finance.
Regulatory Information
Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 986030
The Broker adheres to the regulatory guidelines set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is committed to providing services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services Provided
Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford as the Broker acts as an intermediary between the Client and a panel of funders to arrange luxury car finance.
The Broker will use its best efforts to secure competitive finance options tailored to the Client's requirements.
Commissions
Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford may receive commissions from funders on successful completion of finance arrangements. Details of these commissions will be disclosed to the Client upon request.
The Client acknowledges and consents to Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford receiving commissions from funders. Furthermore We work with a panel of lenders and the commission paid by each of our lenders may vary.
If you wish to receive further information concerning commission paid to us by a lender, please let us know in writing.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford for the purpose of arranging finance.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of any finance agreements recommended by Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford.
Data Protection
Agilitas Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Client's information will only be used for the purpose of arranging finance and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
